With a focus on AI, VR & AR, I led bi-annual research roadmapping for AI and Voice for Messenger on Quest as I supported development of 0 to 1 and in-market devices and contributed to command-related aspects of future wearables.

I led research for the design of an app planned for students to use in the field, classroom and laboratory. The app created a solution allowing the aquarium to move forward with fundraising from supporters to develop the application.

Product Designer

As a self-led product design consultant, I researched, designed and developed a mortgage documentation library application (SharePoint) in response to compliance findings. To ensure the application would be supported by IT, I developed and documented the solution meeting required standards ensuring the application would be included in coming upgrade paths for SharePoint / InfoPath.

Allliance Healthcare Services

Led product design and acted as interim product owner to transition enhanced and newly created products to new owners after re-launch or initial launch. I supported the Customer Experience team through the implementation of Qualtrics, managing the implementation of Qualtrics API, oversaw administration of new survey questions and execution, and deliver utilities to manage survey responses.
